I randomly discovered this challenge from fellow bloggers who were going to participate and mentioned it on facebook. I looked into it and my first reaction was “Heck no!”

My problem was I had no idea what to blog for so long about. Especially from A to Z! But then I saw someone was going to do fiction and then it hit me! 26 love stories!

With the idea decided and only a few days to start the challenge I was nervous and didn’t have enough time to prep – not that that would make a difference considering I’m the queen of procrastination haha.

I tried to approach all kinds of love, paternal, maternal, old love, young love, pets, grandkids, homosexual. Of course I didn’t get to mention all that I wanted to but nevertheless I was pleased at my selections.  Some of my ficlets were very short but considering all the creative difficulties I had, I’m fine with it.

There were days that I wanted to give up, leave it for later, but in the end, every night, I would write a post!

When I joined the A to Z, it was mostly for fun, I did not expect to come out of this with such a personal gain. It was not only a great boost to my readership, but I was forced to be creative and practice different methods and point of views. And hearing the feedback made me gain more confidence in my writing.

Now my plan is to rewrite my stories, develop them better and turning it into an ebook!

Thank you all that were here during the month of April,

and the friends I made!

I can’t wait to participate next year – expect something completely unique from me!
