Sampling samples is a series where I give you my first impressions on samples and if I would buy the full size or not!

I totally thought this was a concealer because of the name, but, nope! It’s a foundation. They have around 6 shades, I’ve been told, and I believe I got shade #1 Vanilla. I have a yellow undertone and am extremely pale – I think I’d be around NC10 at MAC. This foundation was a too orangey and dark after it oxidized a tad.

This product has a sweet floral scent, it’s very drying and it settled pretty quickly. I highly advise using an oil free moisturizer like the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer or Clinique’s Moisture Surge + primer! It feels long lasting but it immediately caked up on my dry areas and around my peach fuzz and settled into my pores making them more noticeable which has never been an issue for me!

Etude House Big Cover Concealer BB Review

Would I buy the full size? Sadly no. Although I like matte finishes this one is too cakey and drying! From far away you look flawless but close up…yikes! It would be too much work to seriously prep before just to use this foundation. Don’t worry! I have a better BB cream review coming up soon!
