The trailers started but I just couldn’t pay attention. I was so nervous, Josh was by my side! Oh my gosh, we were like so close, I could feel his arm almost touching mine. My mouth was dry, so I took a sip of coke and waited for the movie to start. Wait, what were we watching again? Whatever.
It took me all afternoon to decide what to wear. I tried like everything on my closet and I was panicking, I had nothing! But I found a cute dress mom had just washed so I chose that and kitten heels. Thank goodness.
Laura texted me a million times, she was giving me “tips” since she had “experience” and all. But she only made me more nervous telling me to do this and that. And she was SO excited, but almost more than me? Like, what was her deal? Jeez.
I sighed again. Is this the most uncomfy chair ever or is it just me? Oh my god, the movie is starting! I looked at Josh, he was concentrating on the screen. When would it happen? How would it happen? Will it happen? What if he doesn’t kiss me? How embarrassing!
But as the movie went on, I kinda forgot? When I felt his hand on mine I jumped! I was so startled, all my nerves came back. When I looked at him he was looking right back! He leaned in and gave me a peck. Wait… THAT’S IT?! No way! That was lame. But…he was smiling and he leaned in again.
It was AH-MA-ZING…!

I confess it was hard for me to put my mind into one of a pre-teen/teen.
I don’t plan on doing it again haha.
